Title: ASFR Lucid Dreams.
Post by: chilldon on March 07, 2010, 08:02:30 PM
Has anyone here have one? For those who don't know what a lucid dream is here's a short definition.
A lucid dream is a dream where you know you're dreaming and can control what happens and therefore do whatever you want.So I hope you see where i'm going with this :).

I used to, back to the time I had learned to do that in a regular schedule (yeah, it can be learned, though it takes time and patience). Now I don't have much lucid dreams anymore (I prefer leaving all the dreaming to my subconscious who does it very well) and even if I still had them I'd not use them for petrificative purposes (like I did once or twice). Stopping time, however...

Nope.

Although, when I was younger I did dream I could fly or run really fast ^^;

Yeah, right around the time when Super Mario World and Sonic 3 were around ;)

Darkan, could you teach us how to do that? Or post links to tutorials. Merci in advance.

There you go for a link : http://www.dreamviews.com/ (http://www.dreamviews.com/).

Lucid dreaming isn't something that can be taught, it's something that can be learned from reading a lot, and experimenting. I say it can't be taught because each individual will have a different way to achieve it. Most techniques can be found on this site, though (especially on the Tutorials part), and the forums are a very rich source of information. If you're looking for another forum on the subject, there's LD4all, as well : http://www.ld4all.com/forum/ (http://www.ld4all.com/forum/)

I hope that will be useful.

About 95% of the time I don't know what I dream of ;)

Anyone have one recently, I had my first at couple of weeks ago. It was a lot clearer than normal dreams, but when you start your control is limited.

Title: Re: ASFR Lucid Dreams.

Took me long enough to read this thread properly and realising it's dream-related.  :(

As a matter of fact, I had one like a few days ago. It was pretty normal at first, but as soon as I take control, it became more like a FPS game... then it all started to fade away, like I'm taking too much control that I woke up. Strange... This tends to happens more often when I have nighmares.
I'm guessing that taking control means you have to focus on what you do, therefore the brain works on what you do instead of dreaming. Interesting, really, I might give it another shot and lay off from FPS games.  :P

By the way, nice link there, DarkMadness. Very interesting.

Indeed, when you gain control, you have to be careful not to take too much control, as the conscious mind tries to overcome the subconscious mind, which is precisely what creates the dream in the first place. Though, it may happen that you have full control over the dream while the dream remains stable and doesn't vanish, I've had the chance to experience that in the past.

I'm thinking about making this a Sticky Thread.

Can anybody do a summary of the method to have lucid dreams? An English-speaking user is preferred for that task.

Then, I'll edit the first post, adding that summary, and the links Darkan posted. OK?

I think this thread has great potential, keep it on!

Also, share some of those lucid dreams you've had!

Here are the three main methods (to me at least).

Mnemonic induction of lucid dreams operation (MILD)-The MILD technique is a common technique Developed by Stephen LaBerge Used to induce a lucid dream at will by setting an intention, while falling asleep, to remember to Recognize That one is dreaming or to remember to When I look for dream signs is one in a dream.

Wake-back-to-bed (WBTB), The method Involves going to sleep and waking up five to six hours later, focusing all thoughts on lucid dreaming while Staying awake for an hour, and going back to sleep while practicing the MILD method.

Wake-initiation of lucid dreams (WILD)-There are many techniques Entering Aimed at WILD. The key is to These techniques Recognizing the hypnagogic stage, Which Is Within The border of Being Being awake and asleep. If a person is aware Staying Successful Occurs while in this stage, They Will Eventually enter the dream state while Being Fully Aware That It is a dream.

This lists many other methods.

With this you create your own dreamscape that can look and have anything you want in it. I'm sure everyone's will be ASFR themed ;). This may not work for some.

That's lucky of you. I don't remember a darn thing, let alone trying to control it. And what's more, I'm developing problems sleeping, not caused by a lucid dreaming attempt, but sure makes things a lot harder.

No progress here. All I can do is recalling my dreams. No control of them, yet.

Do you have a dreamsign (something unusual that appears frequently in your dreams) I heard that helps. Also does anyone have any idea what they're going to do for their first.

Title: Re: ASFR Lucid Dreams.
Post by: FrozetaShintoriFan on August 24, 2010, 09:33:08 AM
More or less... After watching "Inception", I tried to make my clock a signal to know that I was dreaming, but it doesn't work...

And no... even the more unusual things don't make me realize that I'm dreaming...

Title: Re: ASFR Lucid Dreams.

Then I suggest you look into MILD.

Alright, today I almost had a Lucid Dream.

I realized I was dreaming because I took off my shoes and they were still there, but also a new pair was created (so there were 4 shoes in total). Suddenly, I thought, "this is a dream, right?". And woke up 2 seconds after that.

Well... not that much of an improvement, but it's the first time I wake up like that.

This seems really cool, and I think I'm going to start trying myself.  :)

But the other night I think I may have almost had one by accident. I remember realizing I was dreaming, and I thought to myself "Think of ASFR!" So I tried to imagine a girl, but I couldn't! Then I woke up. :'(

OK... today I dreamt a mixture of Evangelion and Arc Rise Fantasia.

First, I was playing that game, and some random videogame girls got petrified in a brownish grayscale (something like Radiata Stories).

Then, battle was over and I talked to the Eva characters (which were in the game, and somehow, I had gotten inside it without noticing it), with no ASFR content.

No control of anything, though...

This is the closest i've gotten so far.
I was reading the new Naruto chapter where someone called Risa Uchiha came in Naruto's dream and tried to teach him a new move. Meanwhile Madara went to the Sand with Konan to some old collosium. Then Garra showed up and Madara put Konan on a pillier and she turned to stone. During the dream I wondered how the chapter got up on the internet so fast.

Also this could help you out.

Wow, last night was a breakthrough...

I mean, not just a breakthrough, but one HELL of a lucky incident! I haven't even been practicing, but DAMN, this was cool!

Ok, so in short, I'm having this dream with basic content, right? Things are normal within the dream, just an alternate reality of my life of sorts. Now, at one point, I semi-wake up in bed, realize I was dreaming, and was so tired that I was able to instantly go back to sleep and re-enter the dream at the point where I left.

This allowed me to have realization over the fact that I was dreaming (and even so, the dream FELT like it was reality, even though I was aware...creepy), and thus, I tested out my control over it. I saw two women arguing with one another, and then mentally told time to stop. IT WORKED~! They both froze, and realizing it was a dream, I decided cop a feel...

Here comes the kicker though: The minute I was about to get my hands on those sweet, luscious, frozen breasts....she slaps my hand away, unfreezing and replying "I don't think so!".

Then the base alarm went off and all hell broke loose.....

So yeah, I thought that would be of interest to you all....

Any thing that I had that I consider a lucid dream never lasted long enough for me to do that.

Oh and by the way here's a tip for you after you freeze someone try to avoid imagining them moving because there is a good chance they will.

I finally had a ASFR lucid dream!!

I was in this group trying to escape this building. I could transform apparently. When we got to the exit we noticed these people in suites laid a trap for us. While we were thinking of a way around it I became lucid. I decided to conjure up Sakura (Naruto) and she appeared (she seemed kida dimwitted). I said freeze and she froze in time, I then said with ice and her body turned blue and icicles grew on her. Another girl started bugging me so I did it to her too. I drag both of them to the back but someone told me I couldn't go that way.

I hope I get another one tonight.

I finally had an ASFR-related lucid dream. Last night I dreamed about this villain OC I created called the Lich Emperor. He's immortal and whenever his old body is destroyed his spirit goes into a new one. His new body was an exact replica of Devil Gundam from G Gundam. You remember when Rain was frozen into a crome statue, the same thing happen to Gwen from Total Drama Island when she became the core life unit to the Lich Emperor/Devil Gundam.

Y'all pretty lucky you can dream lots of random stuff. The only dreams I remember from the last few weeks are the rewinds of my time spent either on studying, doing projects, or at the worst case reliving a day in an odd way,  :-[ Bloody nightmares. At least they're not scary.

I guess remembering dreams counts as progress.  ::)

(WARNING: Lots of descriptive, if incredibly mature, stuff ahead)

I had my first ever lucid dream the other day!

It started out as a normal dream, one of me flying over the Arctic. A few moments in I (literally) saw a sign that said I was dreaming, and that was when I got full control. I flew down to an ice cavern & entered it, and inside was a bunch of icy statues of random, faceless naked women all around. Deciding to take full advantage, I decided to play out a little scene & summoned up Rouge the Bat from the Sonic games (my favorite ASFR victim), and my fan character Crystal the Ice Echidna (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3696626/) (who was, for whatever reason, wearing a very sexy leather bondage outfit that left VERY little to the imagination). I decided to just let the scene play on as Rouge, who was in an almost trance-like state, sexily remove her clothing while Crystal approached and knealed down in front of her. Rouge's legs started to freeze up in ice as Crystal began to endulge herself in a certain...private area of the bat girl's body. I watched with pleasure as the ice slowly began to work it's way up Rouge's legs; moaning in pleasure as she was brought closer & closer to climax. All the while the ice continued up her body until all but Rouge's head was frozen solid: essentially trapping her in a state of cryogenic bliss.

Crystal then did something...unexpected. She moved away from Rouge's dirty place and stood up, giving me a glance over her shoulder. She said nothing; just standing there looking at me as if waiting for permission to continue. I simply nodded my head, giving her the go-ahead to continue her work. Using her ice powers, she proceeded to make Rouge pose in various sexual poses. She went through a couple, looking over at me for approval every now and again until she posed her in a way that I liked (I can't remember the pose, though), and then placed her hand on Rouge's chest. in an instant, every frozen portion of Rouge's body became so smooth and polished that she looked almost like she was made of glass. Crystal then kissed Rouge on the lips, causing her head to begin to freeze as well. But just as the bat girl was about to be completely frozen, I snapped my fingers and gave Rogue snake hair; turning her into a bat/gorgon hybrid. As Rouge froze completely, Crystal stumbled back a bit; only having time to look at me in confusion as she turned into a perfectly-polished stone statue. Her clothes petrified as well, but they shattered and fell off.

After that I took full control of the dream again, as I was beginning to freeze myself from the cold of the ice cave. I moved us to a warmer location by summoning up a museum hallway. I placed Rouge on a refrigerated pedestal of ice (after removing her Gorgon-esque qualities), and Crystal on another after changing her pose to something more sexy. Feeling the hall was a bit too empty with just the two of the, I decided to add more Sonic Girls to the gallery (if you are unfamilliar with any of them, Google them). I started with Amy Rose; giving her a bit of a bust-boost then turning her to gold. I did the same with Blaze the Cat, only she became one with a Sol Emerald, if you catch my meaning. Vanilla the Rabbit (Cream's mother), who was already a MILF, became even more sex-able as a blow-up sex doll, and after a quick age-advancement I placed Cream alongside her as a mannequin. Wave the Swallow of the Babylon Rouges would have some trouble flying high anytime soon; being that she would now be made of solid iron, and Shade the Echidna would be living up to her name for quite a while as she would provide lots of it under her newly-sprouted tree branches. Just for the hell of it, I also decided to put Elise from Sonic '06 on display as a glass statue, but I then remembered how much she sucked so I decided to just shatter her with a sledgehammer. Now I'm no fan of shattering, but it was so oddly satisfying that I decided to do it again after quickly reforming her body.

After sweeping her under the rug, I decided to have a TRUE glass statue in my collection by pulling Sally Acorn from the Archie Sonic comics. I continued on with Bunnie Rabbot; fully roboticizing her into a sex-capable android and forcing her to pose sexily on a podium for eternity. As my awesome collection grew, though, I found that it was getting harder and harder to keep my focus split between so many girls and so many types of statues. In the end my efforts were futile as all the girls were returned to normal. They all just stared me down with very pissed off looks on their face. I remember that I tried to explain myself to them, that this was all just nothing more than a dream anyways, but it was futile. The last thing I remember happening was Crystal shouting "Get him!", and then I woke up just as they all tried to maul me.

The moral of this story, in my opinion, is this: if you have a Lucid Dream and are an ASFR fetishist (which most, if not all of you are), don't get greedy. Else you may end up mauled in your dreams by angry naked women.

Oh and congrats slam, was the dream as real as real life?

Well, not really. I mean it did feel like I was actually there in the ice cave (I'm just lucky you can't get frostbite from dreams), but when I transitioned it to the museum hallway to solidify the rest, the whole thing started to become a bit too surreal. I really don't know how to explain it...

That reminds me, I remembered having a few lucid dreams long ago (well, sorta lucid anyway.) They were real-ish at first, but as soon as I get lucidity, every darn thing turns into unreal engine renderworks (imagine playing Bioshock in your dream, if that helps.) And it tends to happen most of the time.

With that said, I think I may have problem of keeping things real-ish if I ever regain lucidity.
Maybe cutting off on games might help? *sigh*

As for your dream, I guess you lose control half way through? Never actually happened to me, but I fixed a similar situation once by turning myself into the monster guy from Prototype game and start to destroy right before losing control, very effective.
Dang I really need to cut off on games.

The only time I can ever remember my dreams is when they are lucid.  If I don't have a lucid dream, then I usually just feel like everything was blank until I woke up,  sometimes a few stray memories until I take a shower.  I can usually get into the lucid state once I notice something inconsistent with yesterday in my dream.  Most obvious one is when I'm in a different location than the one I went to sleep at.  Or if it's school during the weekend/summer.  Once I notice something irregular, I'm usually still cautious just in case, so I usually try to float in midair.  If I can get some sort or response from my attempts then I know I'm dreaming.

I usually don't try to get so lucid that I have a huge amount of control since I'll usually end up just waking up.  I just keep it to the point where I can move the direction of the dream as I please and let my subconscious do most of the work.  I can just start thinking about asfr subjects and eventually the dream will end up somewhere, usually relating to any recent asfr artwork I've seen recently.

One of my recent dreams there was a really expensive high roller casino or something similar, and a lot of women were being encased in hollow statues  of marble/gold/etc.. and being placed around as living artwork.  there were golden angel statues as part of a chandelier hanging from the ceiling with 4 statues per hanging, with feet touching, leaning out, and arms spread around to created a circle around the lighting.  I could see one of the lights pulled to the ground where they were putting new people into the encasement before hoisting it back up.  There were regular statues around the place too, using the same mechanism.  It was usually two halves of a hollow statues, hinged at the feet.

Stuff like that is generally where my dreams go once I get some control of them.  I don't usually like having full lucidity since that would ruin all the surprise. :)

Well, I haven't quite had a lucid dream by definition, but I've had several dreams in which I had the ability to petrify/freeze people or purposely let them get petrified/frozen.  In that sense, I was in "control" of the dream, but I wasn't aware I was dreaming.  Sadly, I haven't had one in a while and I've forgotten the details of the ones I have had.

Making a dream journal is actually so very effective at making you remember dreams next time you have them. You've gotta try that out  :P
I'm currently able to remember a dream almost every time I sleep, thanks to updating the journal.

No progress on lucidity for me, though. It's like I'm flexible even on most extreme and surreal situations lol

Had another one.

I was playing this Sonic game, after destroying some robots and finding tresure in a canyon I find myself at school. I suddnely become lucid. There was this woman walking past me, I told her to freeze and she stopped, I then said with ice and she turned blue and glaciers grew on her, then I said petrify and her skin turned grey and hard. After that I decided to walk around. I saw Sakura (Naruto) and I petrfied her to; she also fell but she didn't break. I tried to summon someone else but couldn't, the dream started to fade. I tried rubbing my hands but it failed.

Starting a dream with games... nice one there. Also what I usually find myself doing when I dream.

I was about to post about today's dream as well, or rather a serious issue...

I tend to try to wake up "on purpose" when I realize I'm dreaming. It's like "oh @#!$ it's a dream, gotta get up now", etc. It became a habit because I bail often as I fear the dream would go bad, plus I often have to wake up at odd times in real life and don't want to be late...

Any advice on how to fix this?  ???

(On the other hand, at least I now know I'm dreaming. *sigh*)

Another.

I can’t remember what happened before but I got lucid. There was this party at my school. I saw Kagami pass by so I froze her in ice, then Tsukasa walked by and I froze her too, then Konata walked by and I petrified her. They were all in their cheerleader outfits by the way. The other Lucky Star girls saw and wouldn't come outside. I then continued freezing and petrifying random girls at the party. I tried to get one but she got knocked out, nobody knew how or why. She had a black eye and her face suddenly grew a duck’s bill. A coach came out and said the party was over, then started saying Aizen wasn’t a bad guy. Torshiro showed up and said he was a former Arrancar called something (I don’t remember). Then he transformed into this three headed skull dragon thing. Suddenly everyone became Soul Reapers and begun to attack him.

Lol.., at first the Lucky Star part made me go "Hey, that's really one perfect wet dream."..., until that duck billed girl showed up, and then that random coach came by and all of sudden some random Bleach characters pop out and turn the party into a Shinigami fest... I mean, that's just random even for a dream.

I think the moral of the story is; don't watch/read both Lucky Star and Bleach at the same night before you go to bed, lol. Same thing happen to me that time when I was watching this variety show on TV with Robert Downey Jr. in it while sipping on a can of mango juice and later on I watched a game of Football on the Sports channel. That faithful night, I eventually dream of seeing Tony Stark in his Ironman suit using a pole to shove some mangoes from a mango tree inside a Football stadium... and some footballers (I only can remember two of them were Frank Lampard and Fabregas) were lining up waiting for their share.......

I heard hypnosis is a good to increase your chances at having a lucid dream. You can find videos on Youtube and there's a script in this book: http://www.amazon.com/Instant-Self-Hypnosis-Hypnotize-Yourself-Your/dp/1402202695/ref=pd_sim_b4 . I also found out how to transform in dreams; weather its into a shark, building, or even into a female. Just thought you should know.

I bought the aforementioned book just yesterday, hoping that lucid dream part works tonight.

I don't usually approve of this sort of thing but someone put this up:  http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/self-hypnosis-lucid-dreaming-123780/ .
Hope it helps.

I had another one a few weeks ago, I just never mentioned it because I accidentaly did it to myself.
I was walking around this school with three old classmates (all girls) following me. I got lucid and imagined them turned to stone; they quickly did. Problem was, for a breif second, I included myself. I felt my body grow numb as the petrification went up my body. It was then I decided to abort the dream before it finished, and then I woke up.

I had another one only this one was kind of weird :-X.

I was outside some house and got lucid. There were two girls inside, one getting ready to pose for a picture and another working the camera. Before I could try to petrify them the camera girl stuffs a pill down my throat and I turn into a girl, then she makes me stand next to the other girl and gets ready to take the picture. When the camera flashes me and the other girl got turned to stone. I stay like that for a few minutes then the dream ends.

Again, not how I wanted it to go, but at least the other girl got petrified with me. 8)

Just thought I'd bump an old topic.
And here's a little something that might help.

Another thing that helps is setting lucid dream goals, at least that's what I heard.

Hello.

Well, I managed to go through most of the materials and tested some of them out. I had no particular success until yesterday I managed to get a partially ASFR-themed dream. Call that lucky, I suppose... but it's not lucid.

I started out with a friend (I keep call him bro instead of his name, for some odd reason) that I had a friendly relationship with in a shopping center's corner cafe. We ordered some food and generally had a great time. A girl walks in, and apparently I'm the one who's supposed to introduce the girl as a 'girlfriend' to my buddy called bro.

Bro then suddenly told me that this woman is exactly who we're looking for, and suggested that we go for it after we finish with our meal. At first, I had no idea what he was talking about... until after I finished my spaghetti, I opened my left eye as wide as possible (I think bro did the same thing too, because I saw the same eye glow from his direction), and there I think I saw an image of an evil eye flashing before my mind.

Before I know what's going on, the woman in front of me is now a sitting granite statue, her face stuck in a frozen expression of surprise. A second later she crumbled in her seat, and the police nearby is alerted of our actions.

Nothing particularly ASFR-ish after that. All I remembered is that Bro told me that "We got the target. It's time to go." before the both of us pulled out pistols and fight our way out of the mall, Time Crisis style. The dream ended as soon as I entered an elevator in which I woke up from my alarm clock.

Still, I don't think this really counts as a lucid dream because it's about control, not flow. Any particular tips on improvement?

I guess just pick one good method and stick with it for a while.

P.S. Here's another (hopeful) source of inspiration: http://www.dreamviews.com/blogs/hyu/persistent-realms-other-lucid-dreaming-techniques-i-use-39218/

My progress so far:

I was able to remember most of every single detail of any dreams (with help of a dream journal.) The problem is they're all absolutely horrendous nightmares.

On a side note, it's been months since I had achieved anything close to lucidity. And even after that one lucidity, the nightmare didn't stop, and that's way worse than any average nightmares.

On an unrelated topic. It made me kinda understand what kind of bull them' mages in Dragon Age have to deal with every night.

Got another one after such a long time. Didn't quite go like I'd hoped but what are you gonna do.

It starts off with me and two other people getting ready to perform a song in front of a bunch of inmates at a prison. A riot breaks out and I ended up getting evacuated to a part of my college I wasn't familiar with. Then suddenly I became lucid. I then tried to summon for the first thing that came to mind. For some reason that was a frozen Sakura Haruno (Naruto) so I spun around and said "Frozen Sakura". I stopped spinning and saw a giant painting of her instead. Since this wasn't what I wanted I tried again. This time she was in a block of ice but she was moving around inside. I then decided to look around the building I was in and ran into these two blonde twins. I think I tried time stopping them and it worked. Then I started moving them around. I think they broke free because they started laughing at some point. There was more to this dream but as soon as I woke up I quickly went back to sleep before I could write it down.
